The Local Organizing Committee (LOC) of FIBA EuroBasket 2025 in Cyprus invites qualified suppliers to submit proposals for the provision of branding and printing services for the event. This tender encompasses the design, production, logistics, installation, and removal of branding and print materials, as outlined below.
1. Scope of Work
The tender covers all branding and printing elements required for FIBA EuroBasket 2025, including -
Arena Branding
Competition Areas
Media Areas
Hospitality Areas
Accreditation Center
Spectator Areas
Administrative Areas
Host City Branding
Key locations, monuments, transport hubs, and public spaces in the host city.
Event Hotels Branding
Flags, banners, roll-ups, branded desks, and information boards.
Official Transportation Branding
Team buses, FIBA officiating team buses, shuttles, and cars.
Print Materials
Tickets, posters, stationery, accreditation cards, invitations, and event guides.
Backdrops and Other Event Materials
Mixed zone backdrops, interview panels, scorer’s tables, podiums, and fascia boards.
Wayfinding
Signage for entrances, rooms, areas, walkways, and parking zones.
2. Deliverables - The successful bidder will be required to -
Produce Materials: In line with the specifications and final artworks provided by FIBA.
Ensure Quality: All materials must meet EU Norm EN13501-1 for flame retardancy and adhere to sustainability guidelines wherever possible.
Coordinate with FIBA: Work in close collaboration with FIBA’s branding team to ensure compliance with the Event Brand Identity guidelines.
Support Installations: Participate in branding walkthroughs and ensure precise installation and removal of all materials.
Provide Measurements: Collect accurate measurements for all branding areas and submit to FIBA for artwork finalization.
3. Mandatory Requirements -
Applicants must demonstrate:
Experience: Proven track record in event branding and large-scale printing projects.
Capabilities: Advanced printing technology, flame-retardant materials, and environmentally friendly options.
Team Coordination: Ability to work with international organizations and manage tight deadlines.
Quality Assurance: Processes for material testing, color checks, and quality control.
Project Management: Capability to manage logistics, storage, and installation teams effectively.
Availability: available to work during August 2025.
4. Submission Requirements
Suppliers must submit the following:
Company Profile: Including relevant experience and capabilities.
Portfolio: Examples of previous work, particularly in sports events or large-scale branding.
Implementation Plan: A detailed proposal including timelines, resources, and methodologies.
References: Contact details for at least three clients from previous projects (if needed).
Pricing: Comprehensive pricing structure for production, logistics, installation, and removal.
Sustainability Plan: Demonstrate efforts to minimize environmental impact.
5. Evaluation Criteria
Proposals will be evaluated based on:
Compliance with the requirements (20%)
Quality and durability of materials (20%)
Technical capabilities and innovation (15%)
Experience and references (15%)
Cost-effectiveness (20%)
Sustainability measures (10%)

Terms and Conditions
The quantities provided, are calculated according to previous FIBA EuroBasket events. The quantities might change. The price of the winning bidder, will adjust accordingly to the final printed and
installed items.
The LOC reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
All designs, artwork, and branding concepts provided by FIBA are the exclusive property of FIBA.
The successful bidder must adhere to all branding guidelines provided by FIBA.
Participation in branding walkthroughs is mandatory.
